PAY UP
“part sociological experiment and part audience INTERACTIVE shopping experience.”
“Because of its UNORTHODOX theatricality, “Pay Up” does wind up packing a wallop. Pow. They do it deliciously, too.”
“The execution and performances are in every respect TOP-NOTCH.”

“The company, supplemented by fine actors brought in for the occasion, comprises an EXCEPTIONAL ensemble. Overheard after the event, 'This is what we come to the Fringe for.' Amen.”

THE JERSEY DEVIL
“Performers in the Philly Fringe received more press and attendance than ever before, taking over the city. Frequent audience favorites included JERSEY DEVIL.”
“This is actually a meditation on media hype (99.9% of the play consists of the build up to the presentation of the Devil), wrapped in a deranged comedy and presented in a church just for good measure. It's campy, over-the-top, and genuinely HILARIOUS from the “opening act” — a spirit-channeling Appalachian folk singer (played by SARAH MCCARRON) — through the crazy old man with no eyelids, all the way to the very last line. Go. See. Laugh. Think. La la la chicka lolly ooooooh!”
“SARAH MCCARRON gets everyone in the mood to see — at last! — the Garden State's demon.”
“You can't miss this one. It's PERSONAL. Storytelling at its finest takes this freak show beyond the legend.”
ANNA BELLA EEMA
by Obie-Winning Playwright, Lisa D'Amour
“It was a showcase for three amazingly talented actors: Vivian Appler, SARAH MCCARRON and Rainey Lacey, who sat, jumped and climbed all over kitchen chairs using everything from bowls to eggbeaters to glasses to create an ASTONISHING variety of sound effects. They sang, separately or harmonically, in eerie, lovely melodic voices. They spoke, too, in a variety of voices — some funny, some scary, some sweet. A superb debut.”
